    1970 Topps Basketball Unopened Wax Packs Pair (2). The 1970 Topps Basketball series was only the third major Topps basketball release since 1957. Unopened material from this series is very rare. Offered are a pair of unopened packs, each containing cards, a stick of gum and a "Giant Action Poster" in every pack. Inside could be a MINT or Gem MT card featuring any number of short-prints, league leaders, checklists or a HoFer like Bill Bradley, Billy Cunningham, Connie Hawkins, Dave Debusschere, Dick Van Arsdale, Elgin Baylor, Elvin Hayes, Jerry Sloan, Jerry West, John Havlicek, Lew Alcindor, Nate Thurmond, Norm Van Lier/Rookie, Oscar Robertson, Pat Riley, Wilt Chamberlain and the highly coveted rookie card of Pete Maravich. each pack has avoided major condition detriments but each doe has small paper fissures in three corners. Currently, PSA does not have a holder for these packs. Steve Hart has reviewed them and deemed them authentic.
