Scarce 1969/70 Topps Basketball Unopened Pack. The 1969 Topps basketball series served the same role in opening a new era in card collecting. When first circulated, this landmark edition stood tall as the most comprehensive promotion to showcase the cast of basketball revolutionaries who were quite literally redefining James Naismith's creation. Rarely offered because they are in such small supply and high demand are unopened packs from this pivotal promotion. Offered is an unopened 10-cent pack with the possibility of a mint condition example of one of the twenty-five Hall of Famers including Jerry West, Oscar Robertson and Wilt Chamberlain, with the rookie cards of Lew Alcindor (Kareem Abdul-Jabbar), John Havlicek, Bill Bradley and Wes Unseld also a possibility. The pack has been reviewed and judged "unopened" by PSA. They do not have a slab large enough to encapsulate.Auction Info
