Description

1961 Fleer Elgin Baylor #3 SGC 92 NM/MT+ 8.5. NOTE: The scratches seen in the image are on the case. The card is not affected.

This high-grade rookie card features Hall of Fame great Elgin Baylor with the Los Angeles Lakers. Rookie of the Year in 1958-59, Baylor set the one game scoring mark with 71 points (later eclipsed by Wilt Chamberlain) against the Knicks on November 15, 1960. In addition to four sharp corners and brilliant coloring, the near flawless centering, rarely seen with this issue, is just an added bonus. Colors have remained deep and rich, corners are mint. Graded SGC 92 NM/MT+ 8.5. One of just two graded NM/MT+ with one rated higher.
