1996-97 Upper Deck Kobe Bryant #58 Display With Bryant Signature. Kobe Bryant was one of the most skilled, driven, and influential basketball players in NBA history. Spending his entire 20-year career (1996-2016) with the Los Angeles Lakers, he won five NBA championships, was an 18-time All-Star, and earned two NBA Finals MVPs and one regular-season MVP (2008). Known for his fierce competitiveness and work ethic-often referred to as the "Mamba Mentality"-Bryant was a prolific scorer, finishing with 33,643 career points, fourth on the NBA's all-time scoring list at the time of his retirement.He was equally known for his footwork, clutch performances, and defensive intensity, making the All-Defensive Team 12 times. Off the court, Bryant became an Oscar-winning storyteller and advocate for youth sports and women's basketball. His tragic death in a helicopter crash in January 2020, alongside his daughter Gianna and seven others, stunned the world and highlighted the profound impact he had across sports and culture. Kobe Bryant's legacy is defined by excellence, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of greatness.
Offered is a 6x8" frame that holds a 1996-97 Upper Deck Kobe Bryant #58 card. Inside the frame is also a signature from the late HOFer. Card presents well but corners and edges cannot be evaluated due to the matting inside the frame. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
