    Population one of four!

1974 Topps George Gervin Rookie #196 PSA Gem Mint 10. "The Iceman" was one of the biggest names to make the jump from the American Basketball Association to the NBA, a long and lean legend who dedicated the bulk of his fourteen-year professional career to the San Antonio Spurs. Gervin averaged at least fourteen points per game during each and every one of those seasons, retiring in 1986 with 26.2 points per game for his career and membership in both the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and the even more discriminating NBA's Fifty Greatest Players club in his future.

Though Gervin already had two professional seasons under his belt when this card rolled off the printing presses at Topps, it's his cardboard debut thus properly filed under a "rookie" header. Over one thousand examples have been delivered to the experts at PSA for assessment, and this is one of just four to earn that service's highest possible assessment. As the grade would indicate, there's nothing to offer in a condition report other than praise, as colors, gloss, surfaces, corners and centering are all as good as it gets.
