    Description

Very Rare 1894 Prince "New York Giants Team Cabinet SGC VG-EX 4. Offered is an impressive cabinet card of the 1894 New York Giants. The approx. 6-1/2" x 4-1/4" cabinet card was produced by "Prince, Fotografer" from Union Square, N.Y. The 1894 Giants placed second (88-44) on the talents of future HoFers Roger Connor, George Davis, Amos Rusie, and John Ward. The Giants were the 1894 Temple Cup Champions by sweeping the Baltimore Orioles who place first on an 89-39 record. The image shows very minor wear but incredible clarity and fine details. Graded SGC VG-EX 4. We would be shocked to find out that more than a few of these are still in existence.
