1989 Topps Test Heads Up Ken Griffey Jr. #5 PSA VG-EX 4. Not to be confused with the 1990 Topps Heads Up issue that saw a mainstream release, the test issue pieces from the 1989 Heads Up set are among the rarest Topps items that were issued during the 1980s. The story goes that they saw a very limited time in the marketplace, evidently limited to stores in Pennsylvania. Obviously, one of the key pieces from the set features a young Ken Griffey Jr., then in his rookie year. This terrific piece has been graded PSA VG-EX 4. A rare opportunity to own a true rarity.
