1986-88 Eddie Murray Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 8.5. By the virtue of his incredible output and consistency over the course of his twenty-one seasons in the majors the super slugger Eddie Murray was able to retire as a member of both the 500 Home Run and 3,000 Hit clubs. Steady Eddie swung this Louisville Slugger model M272 bat (35.5" and 33.3 ounces) between 1986-88. Excellent use is exhibited on the blonde bat with numerous blue ink smudges, heavy cleat marks and a batting donut impression. Light pine tar has accumulated on the handle which sports a light crack. Murray's unique two-color "33" is written on the knob. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 8.5.
