1970 Topps Super Baseball Complete Set (42). John Esch collection. Offered is a 42-card complete set of 1970 Topps Super baseball cards. When Topps tested the concept of a "super" baseball card line and tested the idea in 1969. The cards featured bold, vivid photography, a decoration or borders (facsimile signatures were added in 1970) on the fronts and die-cut corners. In 1970 they really got super with the same design but cards now came on extra thick card stock and a healthy postcard sized dimensions. This was an ideal set for autograph hounds. Includes: #'s 4 Killebrew, 6 Seaver, 8 Bench, 12 Clemente, 18 Mays, 19 Stargell, 24 Aaron, 28 Jackson, 29 Yastrzemski, 34 Rose, 38 Powell (VG). Grades 76% EX-MT to NM, 24% lesser.Loading guides...
