Description

1968 Topps 3-D Rick Monday (No Team, Player Designation) PSA Mint 9 - Pop One, None Higher! The fact that 1968 Topps 3-D cards exist in the hands of collectors, at all, is somewhat of a mystery. Evidently, they were sold in extremely limited numbers in the Brooklyn area that summer. The technology was the brainchild of a company called Xograph, who produced similar cards for Kellogg's a few years later. Three cards from the checklist do not feature a player name or a team designation, which indicates that they may have been production proofs. Offered is one of those rarities- the card of Rick Monday. It has been graded PSA Mint 9. Only three examples graded at PSA with one at this grade, none higher.
