Description

1968 Topps 3-D Mel Stottlemyre (Stamp Back) PSA Mint 9 - Pop Five, One Higher. In 1968, a company called "Xograph" produced the first cards we now simply call "3D." It was a bit before its time but in 1970, kids found 3D card in their boxes of Kellogg's cereal. With nothing more than rumors of stores in Brooklyn (the home of Topps), these are the quintessential "test" issue. Our offered card features Mel Stottlemyre. Graded PSA Mint 9. There are only five graded MINT with one rated higher from a total pop of only thirty-seven graded by PSA. This is among the lowest total pop for non-variations.
