Description

1966 Roger Maris Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA Authentic. At thirty-five inches in length and thirty-two ounces in weight, this signature model Hillerich & Bradsby W215 can be attributed to one of two midseason orders in 1966, the reigning Home Run King's final season in pinstripes. Expert John Taube characterizes the use as "excellent," and notes blue rack marks, cleat impressions and light pine tar on the cracked handle. The bat's weight in ounces and Maris' jersey number are handwritten on the knob in pencil and black marker respectively. A fine representation from one of the game's humblest heroes. LOA from PSA/DNA, Authentic.
