    Description

1952 Topps Mickey Mantle #311 SGC 70 EX+ 5.5. When it comes to baseball cards issued before the Second World War, the Honus Wagner T206 is the undisputed king. But of the modern era, card #311 from the 1952 Topps series featuring baseball legend Mickey Mantle claims the prize as the most coveted and valuable entry. It has become a card that is on every collector's wish list. There is something so mesmerizing and appealing about the talented young hopeful looking skyward toward destiny.

The offered example has been graded SGC 70 EX+ 5.5 and no one would question that. Obviously there must be "faults," as it is not graded Mint, but they have failed to make significant impact. A wonderful copy with a portrait that offers both physical and visual appeal. Mild to moderate wear at corners seems all that keeps this great looking card from a higher grade. Centering is close to precise. Probably one of the nicer EX+ examples for the money.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
