    Description

1952 Topps Andy Pafko (Black Back) #1 SGC VG 3. Solid mid-grade example of what is quite possibly the most condition sensitive card of the modern collecting era. Andy Pafko may not be famous for his efforts on the field, but his appearance as the first card of the 1952 Topps series anchored his place in hobby history. Card exhibits off-centered graphics, modest corner tip wear and some creasing on the left border. There also a few indentations on the surface. Graded SGC VG 3.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
