    Description

1933 Goudey Frank Frisch #49 PSA NM+ 7.5. Considering his many accomplishments on the field, it is surprising Frank Frisch is not afforded more respect. Undoubtedly one of the greatest switch-hitters of all-time he contributed a great amount to the success enjoyed by "The Gashouse Gang" in St. Louis in the 1930's. The Cards would win four pennants eight seasons with Frisch in the batting order. The lifetime .316 BA is the highest ever for a switch hitter. With the exception of one small spot surface scuff, the card appears to be largely like it did over eight decades ago. Graded PSA NM+ 7.5. One of three graded NM+ with just a dozen others rated higher.
