1926 World Series Game Four Ticket Stub - Babe Ruth Hits Three Home Runs, PSA Authentic. Although the St. Louis Cardinals eventually went on to beat the New York Yankees, this game was all about "The Babe." Ruth went on a three home run tear in the 10-5 game, including at least one home run for Johnny Sylvester if you believe the legend. The tale goes that Sylvester was hospitalized and Ruth promised to hit a home run for him in this game, and that, following the game, Sylvester's condition miraculously improved. One legend from the game continues to this day... that Ruth's three homers in the World Series game continues to be the mark to beat. Although equaled, it has yet to be overwritten. This important ticket stub was used at the turnstiles that historic day. Light creasing is found on the right side/corner. The offering displays superbly. Encapsulated by PSA, Authentic.
