1926 World Series Game Five Full Ticket. In one of the more thrilling World Series the 1926 St. Louis Cardinals battled the mighty New York Yankees, taking them the distance for seven games before earning the World Championship. Herb Pennock took care of the Redbirds in ten thrilling innings 3-2. It would be the Yankees final win of the series as the Cardinals won the final two games. This full ticket is one of the few surviving from the game held at Sportsman's Park. The lower left corner has water saturation, a pin hole is near the Judge Landis reference and a crease is on the upper left corner. The offering has a vertical fold down the front as well. GD in our opinion.
