1915 Cracker Jack Clark Griffith #167 PSA NM-MT 8. On the roster of exclusive 1915 Cracker Jack subjects HoFer Clark Griffith is tops. Clark "the Old Fox" Griffith began his lifetime association with baseball in 1891. It was a relationship that lasted over 60 years. His debut came with the St. Louis Browns, eventually becoming a player-manager for various teams until 1920. That same year he became owner of the Senators, a title he held until his death in 1955. When the American League was formed in 1901, Griffith was one of the first players to join the new league and convinced others to do so as well. He rewarded the Chicago White Sox by winning 24 games, helping to earn the newly-formed team their first pennant. Graded PSA NM-MT 8. One of eighteen in NM-MT. Five have rated higher.
