Description

1909-11 T206 Sweet Caporal Fred Snodgrass Tobacco Card PSA/DNA NM 7, Signed. Snodgrass played for the famed manager John McGraw and was a contemporary of some of the early greats including Christy Mathewson. He was a competent and above average fielder but is best remembered for committing an error on a routine fly ball that ultimately led to a World Series loss in 1912. The card itself is a solid mid-grade example, the vintage black fountain pen signature as well as the added "Giants" have been authenticated and graded PSA/DNA NM 7.
