    1888 N28 Allen & Ginter Cap Anson PSA Mint 9 - Pop Two, None Higher. Adrian "Cap" Anson was one of the most influential persons in baseball history. Present is an opportunity to own a visually stunning 1887 N28 Allen & Ginter Cap Anson card whose PSA Mint 9 grade is Pop 2, none higher.

    Cap Anson debuted in 1871 with Rockford, followed by four years with the Philadelphia Athletics. Then the first baseman played for the Chicago White Stockings, becoming a player/manager for them for part of 1879, then through 1897, winning six pennants. Anson had 3,012 hits, won two batting titles, and eight RBI crowns - hitting .334 lifetime. As a manager, he won six pennants. He's widely considered the first true baseball superstar.

    Graded PSA Mint 9. Anson was elected into the Hall of Fame in 1939. This 1887 N28 Allen & Ginter World's Champions brightly colored lithograph card is part of an iconic rare multi-sport set.
