    Description

Early 1990's Nolan Ryan Game Worn Texas Rangers Jersey. Nolan Ryan favored "Goodman & Sons" jerseys for the bulk of his career. The flame thrower's association with the jersey manufacturer began back when he played for the California Angels in the 1970's and continued during the latter portion of his stay in Houston. Ryan also used Goodman & Sons jersey during the twilight of his career when he toed the rubber for the Rangers. This "Goodman & Sons size 44" jersey was worn when Ryan was putting the finishing touches on his Hall of Fame career. "Rangers" is underscored on front directly above the retired digits. "Ryan" is arched atop the verso numbers in single-color royal blue tackle twill. The knit shows acceptable game use. A size tag occupies the collar. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
