    Description

Early 1960's Stan Musial Game Worn Spikes. It's been said that the shoes make the man, and surely the same holds true for The Man. These late career spikes carried the Cardinals Hall of Famer for some of his final trips around the bases, quite possibly the very shoes he wore for his final farewells to the game he dominated for over two decades. Each is tagged "Spalding" at interior tongue, where a bold vintage number "6" is applied in black marker. Game worn Musial material is very rare and highly coveted, and the unbeatable provenance that accompanies this offering sets this offering apart from the pack.
Letter of provenance from the Musial family.
