Circa 1980 Los Angeles Dodgers Game Worn Jersey Attributed to Tommy Lasorda. This road grey jersey is a bit of an enigma, so we'll simply report the evidence we have and let bidders decide. The garment is correct in construction and manufacturer, with "W.A. Goodman & Sons [size] 44" label at interior collar and properly applied tackle twill identifiers. We also report that only Lasorda has worn number "2" for the Dodgers since 1977. However, there is the clear stitching pattern of a removed "Campbell" across rear shoulders. Was this a minor league addition later stripped? This seems to make the most sense, but we admit it's conjecture. There is no sign of a former "Lasorda" here. Very heavy wear suggests multiple seasons of player use. The Hall of Fame manager's blue sharpie autograph appears on chest (9/10). Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
