Description
Two records fall during another MVP and World Championship season!
2025 Shohei Ohtani 30th Home Run Game Worn Los Angeles Dodgers
Jersey, MLB Authentic & Photo Matched! Is there any record in
baseball that isn't in mortal danger now that this preternaturally
gifted import is at work in the Majors? After becoming the first
Big Leaguer (and quite possibly the last) to record fifty home runs
and fifty stolen bases in a single season in 2024, Shohei Ohtani
kept the accelerator mashed to the floorboard in 2025, breaking the
Dodgers franchise record as the fastest to reach the 30 home run
plateau in a season, requiring just eighty-four games to edge out
Duke Snider (1955) and Cody Bellinger (2019) who needed eighty-five
to reach that mark. That eighty-fourth game of Ohtani's MVP and World Championship campaign of 2025 came on July 1st as the visiting Chicago White Sox endured a lopsided 6-1 loss at Chavez Ravine. Ohtani's fourth inning solo shot on a full count with two outs in the bottom of the fourth remained airborne for nearly seven seconds before landing approximately 408 feet away in the center-right field pavilion seats. At 116.3 miles per hour and a trajectory of 42 degrees, it was the hardest hit home run with a launch angle beyond 36 degrees since the dawning of the Statcast era in 2015. This final run of the contest helped secure his fellow countryman and 2025 World Series MVP Yoshinobu Yamamoto's eighth victory of the year.
The subject home white jersey is the one Ohtani was wearing as he clubbed the Dodgers and Statcast records into submission, that attribution rendered ironclad through both the MLB Authentication sticker affixed to the tail tagging and the letter of authenticity from SIA Photo Match that links the jersey to imagery from the historic contest--see our online listing to review their work.
The time-tested uniform format features a blue scripted "Dodgers" above a red number "17" on the chest, with a Nike swoosh just below right shoulder. "Ohtani 17" occupies verso in blue below a golden MLB logo applied to recognize his status as reigning National League MVP. Left sleeve bears a memorial patch for Fernando Valenzuela and a "LA" motif, with "Guggenheim" sponsor patch at right. Lower left front tail reveals MLB/Nike tag and an affixed inventory label just below referencing year, size and tailoring cues. Lower interior button path has another affixed label with the Dodgers logo and "17.85" text that must be some sort of team inventory code. Wear is appropriate for single-game usage. MLB Authentic PX046116 (HKL). LOA from SIA Photo Match.

Auction Type
Signature Internet Extended Bid: These Auctions are presented via catalog and online. Bidding is taken through our website or via phone. There are two phases of bidding during this type of auction: 1) Normal bidding: Bids are taken up until 10 PM CT the night the auction closes. 2) 30 Minute Ending: On a lot-by-lot basis, starting at 10:00 PM CT, any person who has bid on the lot previously may continue to bid on that lot until there are no more bids for 30 minutes. For example, if you bid on a lot during Normal Bidding, you could participate during Extended Bidding for that lot, but not on lots you did not bid on previously. If a bid was placed at 10:15, the new end time for that lot would become 10:45. If no other bids were placed before 10:45, the lot would close. If you are the high bidder on a lot, changing your bid will not extend the bidding during the 30 Minute Ending phase (only a bid from another bidder will extend bidding). If you are the only bidder at 10 PM, you will automatically win the lot at 10:30. Important: After normal bidding ends, you must be signed-on to the Heritage site to see the bidding option on lots where you qualify for extended bidding and you must be on an individual lot page to reflect the accurate time remaining for that particular lot.
