Description

2022 Shohei Ohtani Game Worn & Signed Los Angeles Angels Jersey, MLB Authentic. Shohei Ohtani's 2022 season further solidified his status as a generational talent, delivering elite performance both on the mound and at the plate. He finished the year with a 15–9 record, a 2.33 ERA, and 219 strikeouts over 166 innings, while also hitting .273 with 34 home runs, 95 RBIs, and a .875 OPS. Ohtani became the first player in MLB history to qualify for both the batting and pitching leaderboards in the same season, underscoring his unprecedented two-way impact. He'd finish second in MVP balloting behind Aaron Judge, a loss that denied a three-peat for that distinction. His fourth-place finish in Cy Young voting remains a career-best to date.

The subject "Anaheim City Connect" jersey recalls the creamy flannels bygone MLB days in its color, but here the fabric is the lightweight blend favored by all Big League squads. "Angels" spans the chest in haloed script, with number "17" in a diamond at lower left chest. Nike "swoosh" appears at upper right chest. Left sleeve is double-striped like a football jersey, while right sleeve bears team patch. "Ohtani 17" takes up verso in red and grey-trimmed blue respectively, with a 7/10 silver sharpie autograph on the latter.

Lower left front tail bears "Nike/MLB Authentic Collection" label between a rubberized haloed surfboard design and an inventory swatch denoting "2022, 48T" for year and size. A "Taper" tag appears at interior side seam.

The MLB serial number assigns this gamer to an August 3, 2022 victory over the visiting Oakland A's that saw Ohtani double in four at-bats as designated hitter. MLB Authentic YP025580.

Auction Type
Signature Internet Extended Bid: These Auctions are presented via catalog and online. Bidding is taken through our website or via phone. There are two phases of bidding during this type of auction: 1) Normal bidding: Bids are taken up until 10 PM CT the night the auction closes. 2) 30 Minute Ending: On a lot-by-lot basis, starting at 10:00 PM CT, any person who has bid on the lot previously may continue to bid on that lot until there are no more bids for 30 minutes. For example, if you bid on a lot during Normal Bidding, you could participate during Extended Bidding for that lot, but not on lots you did not bid on previously. If a bid was placed at 10:15, the new end time for that lot would become 10:45. If no other bids were placed before 10:45, the lot would close. If you are the high bidder on a lot, changing your bid will not extend the bidding during the 30 Minute Ending phase (only a bid from another bidder will extend bidding). If you are the only bidder at 10 PM, you will automatically win the lot at 10:30. Important: After normal bidding ends, you must be signed-on to the Heritage site to see the bidding option on lots where you qualify for extended bidding and you must be on an individual lot page to reflect the accurate time remaining for that particular lot.
