2003 Derek Jeter Game Worn & Signed New York Yankees Jersey - MLB Authentic & Player Provenance. After being named the eleventh Yankees captain in 2003, Jeter responded by batting .324 and leading the Bombers to 101 wins and their sixth Fall Classic appearance in eight seasons.Home white pinstriped knit features the timeless "NY" logo over the left chest and the since retired "2" on the verso, all sewn-on in midnight navy twill. The MLB logo patch sits on the back collar and tagging includes "Russell Athletic," "48," "+2" Extra length," and "2003." Best of all is the Yankees "100th Anniversary" patch on the left sleeve. Signed and inscribed "Derek Jeter 03 Game Used" under the "NY" logo in 9/10 vintage blue sharpie. Exhibits appropriate wear.
Authenticity is ensured by affixed MLB Authentication (MT 00543469) and Steiner holograms and accompanying letter of provenance signed by Jeter on Steiner Sports letterhead.
