    Description

2003 Craig Biggio Game Worn Houston Astros Jersey. Home white pinstriped knit jersey shows solid wear from one of three Astros (Berkman and Bagwell are the others) to reach home plate over 100 times during the 2003 season--no wonder they were called The Killer B's. Gorgeous four-color chenille comprises the "Astros" script across the chest, above a red tackle twill number "7." Verso supplies "Biggio 7" in tri-tone tackle twill. Left sleeve holds a team logo patch, while the right serves to honor the memory of the seven astronauts killed in the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster in February 2003. Lower left front tail holds "Majestic Athletic Authentic Collection" label with size "46" flap tag. A picture-perfect representation from a superstar player and 3,000 Hit Club member almost certainly destined for first ballot Hall of Fame induction in a couple years. Those in agreement with that statement should see this as a solid investment for the future. Graded MEARS A5. LOA from MEARS. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
