Description
2002 Greg Maddux Game Worn Jersey. Road grey knit can be pegged to the 2002 season definitely due to the presence of the MLB logo at rear outside collar and the absence of any sleeve decorations or year tagging in the tail. It was a season which saw Maddux post a stellar 2.62 ERA, second in the National League behind only fellow Cy Young winner and future Hall of Famer Randy Johnson. Classic "Atlanta" and tomahawk logo design dominates the front, with "Maddux 31" applied to verso. "Russell Athletic Authentic Collection" label in tail holds " 46 100% Polyester" and "+2" Extra Length" flap tags. Wear is light but definite, perfectly acceptable for superstar pitcher use.
