Description
1992 Vince Coleman Game Worn & Signed New York Mets Jersey. Vince Coleman could change the complexion of a game one stolen base at a time. Unlike today's power at all cost strategy, Coleman did damage with his feet. Coleman was the N.L.'s stolen base leader for six consecutive seasons, topping the 100-steal plateau three times.The presented Mets road gray knit sports sewn-on textured twill identifiers and is signed and inscribed "Vince Coleman #1" on the front in 9/10 vintage blue sharpie. Best of all here is the customized tail (similar to the specs which Hall of Famer Ozzie Smith can be seen wearing with the Cardinals) which was cut and hemmed just below the fifth button. The tag is also customized and is comprised of a rectangular white cloth swatch with "New York Mets 92s" stamped in blue. Exhibits moderate wear. Full LOA from Beckett Authentication Services.
