1987 Matt Williams Game Worn & Signed San Francisco Giants Rookie Jersey with Team Letter. Long-time slugger Matt Williams spent 17 seasons plying his trade on the baseball diamond. Five All-Star appearances, four Gold Gloves and four Silver Sluggers are on Williams' athletic resume. This road jersey was worn by Williams during his rookie season of 1987. Secured with a letter of authenticity from the Giants, the button-up shows great overall use with fraying on the reverse numbers and sun fading to the anchor stitching. The interlocking team insignia has puckered noticeably. The inner tail has three tags: "Rawlings size 44" (disengaged in spots/secured with safety pin), "Set 1 1987" and extra length tag which has become undecipherable. Williams signed on in black felt tip. Letter of provenance from the San Francisco Giants. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
