    Description

1987 Andres Galarraga Game Worn Montreal Expos Uniform. Andres Galarraga took a backseat to few as a slugger in the mid '90's. In a three-year span, Galarraga won a batting title, home run crown and led the league in runs batted in. Not bad for an undrafted free agent. The Big Cat wore this ensemble when he was just beginning to establish himself with the Montreal Expos -1987. Each of the numbers and NOB are fashioned in single-color royal blue tackle twill. The front team insignia is in three-color formation and has puckered. The identifiers have fraying and show wear. Three labels appear in the collar: "Rawlings [size] 48," "48 87 2" (size/year/set number) and "2" Extra Length." An "x" is markered near the Rawlings label. Galarraga signed the front in 6/10 blue felt tip. Also included are the matching pants with the correct labels - "Rawlings [size] 36," "37/38 27 87 Galarraga 14" and "Set 2 1987." A few repairs appear in the knee region. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
