1985 Rod Carew Game Worn California Angels Jersey. Rod Carew was one of the finest singles hitters in baseball history. At his prime, a batting crown was all but guaranteed as the lefty won seven titles and an American League MVP award. Carew wore this "Wilson [size] 42" jersey the same year he collected his 3,000th hit and wrapped up a Hall of Fame career. Decent wear is visible on the two-color tackle twill identifiers with light puckering and noticeable fraying. The right sleeve is emblazoned with an Angels 25th anniversary patch. Light staining appears on the shoulders, and more pronounced stains are in the lowermost regions. The tail contains "85" (year) and Wilson labels. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
