1983 Buddy Bell Game Worn Texas Rangers Jersey - Rare One-Year Style! One of the greatest and most beloved Rangers in franchise history, Buddy Bell was a five-time All-Star, six-time Gold Glove recipient, and a member of the Texas Rangers Hall of Fame. He is also the son of Gus Bell and father of Mike and David Bell, all former Major League Baseball players.

Here is Buddy's button-down, home white knit gamer from 1983. This rare one-year uniform style features "Rangers" arched across the chest and "Bell 25" on the verso, all sewn-on in blue/red tackle twill. The front of the jersey all features an awesome diecut team patch with "TR" and a baseball over the great state of Texas, all in red/white/blue stitching and felt. Additionally, red/white/blue trim adorns the collar and sleeve cuffs. The shirt has two tags in the inner tail, including a red "Rawlings 42" label and a "Set 1 1983" flag tag.

During the season in which Bell wore this rare very unique jersey, he batted .277 and won his fifth Gold Glove for his superb defense of the hot corner. Exhibits very desirable wear. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
