    Description

1982 Cecil Cooper Game Worn & Signed Milwaukee Brewers Jersey. Ask any Milwaukee Brewers fan about their favorite season and 1982 will undoubtedly be the answer. Harvey Kuenn and his Wallbangers won the American League title and just ran out of gas in Game Seven of the World Series. But the memories generated that season will never dissipate. Cecil Cooper was at the heart of the order and finished the campaign with a sparkling .313 average, thirty-two homers and 121 runs batted in.

The five-time All-Star put acceptable use into this powder blue "Sand Knit size 42" jersey in '82. The cursive team name and front set of numbers show identifier fraying and light puckering. The tail has Medalist Sand Knit and Brewers exclusivity tags sewn in tandem. The rear interior has the all-important "82 Cooper 42Z" cloth swatch. Coop signed the front in bold blue felt tip. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from SGC Authentic.
