Description
1981-82 Stan Williams/Orestes Destrada Game Worn, Unwashed & Signed New York/Oneonta Yankees Jersey. Offered gray knit road jersey sports sewn-on midnight navy/white tackle twill identifiers, navy/white ribbed sleeve cuffs, "Williams 81 1" swatch in collar and "Wilson 46" label in tail. Exhibits evidence of game use, including dirt stains.Stan Williams wore the jersey as a coach in 1981. The jersey was then stripped and re-lettered for Oneonta where it was worn by Orestes Destrade in 1982. Inscribed and signed by Destrada in 9/10 black sharpie on the front. Letter of provenance from Orestes Destrada. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Full LOA from Beckett Authentication Services.
