    Description

1980 Terry Forster Game Worn Los Angeles Dodgers Jersey.
Portly pitcher Terry Forster gained nationwide fame when David Letterman referred to him as "a fat tub of goo" on his nightly talk show. The affable Forster appeared on Letterman's soon thereafter. The situational reliever wore this "Goodman & Sons" jersey when he pitched for the Dodgers in 1980. A circular All-Star Game patch decorates the left sleeve. Upon close inspection the buttons have "World Win" embossed. The jersey shows good overall wash wear from launderings and use. A lone manufacturer's label is sewn in the collar. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
