1979 Alan Trammell Game Worn & Signed Detroit Tigers Jersey. Alan Trammell was a model of consistency throughout his Tigers career. Four Gold Gloves, six All-Star appearances, three Silver Sluggers, a World Series ring and World Series MVP trophy are all part of his impressive Major League resume. The Hall of Famer donned this "Wilson size 42" jersey when he was becoming a household name for the Tigers. There was no sophomore slump in 1979 when Trammell wore this road representation. The two-tone team name and retired "3" shows consistent wear and puckering. Remnants of a nameplate appear on back but "Trammell" was restored at some point and matches the style used - the extra tall block letters. The tail has a "7" swatch which was the Tigers' unique way of inventorying their equipment, "79 1" (year/set) tag and standard Wilson manufacturer's label. Trammell signed near the labeling in 9/10 black felt tip. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
