1977 Tug McGraw Game Worn Philadelphia Phillies Jersey.
In a professional life immersed in baseball history, one tends toward traditionalism, but we cannot help but love this diversion from the time-tested standard of home whites and road greys. This powder blue zipper-front knit style instantly evokes memories of a thrilling era in the City of Brotherly Love, the presented roadster worn to distinction by ace reliever McGraw during a season that saw the Phillies make it all the way to the NLCS.

Number "45" and the logo "P" balance the obverse design, while "McGraw 45" take up residence on verso. Interior collar holds embroidered surname swatch similar in design to the "42 77 2" swatch affixed below a "Wilson [size] 42" tag at lower left front tail. Solid game wear is evident. The sole condition caveat appears in the form of a missing zipper pull tab, but the zipper remains present and functional, and thus the aesthetics unaffected. McGraw appeared in forty-five games with the Phillies in 1977, finishing the season with a 7-3 record, nine saves, and a 2.62 ERA. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
