    1975 Phil Garner Oakland A's Game Worn Jersey. Phil Garner played 18 years in professional baseball, 16 in the majors, before retiring. He then coached for three years and then managed for over a decade at the big-league level. Garner was given the nickname "Scrap Iron" and carried it throughout his career. Number "29" is applied to verso of jersey in white and green tackle twill. McAuliffe Uniform Corp., Size "42", wash, and "1975" year tags appear at front exterior of the jersey, with "Garner" spelled in block lettering with individually sewn letters. Heavy use and staining is evident.
