1975 Pete Rose Signed Game Worn Cincinnati Reds Pants.
During his two dozen years in the big leagues, Pete Rose roamed the diamond, playing second base from 1963-66, the outfield from 1967-74, third base from 1975-78, and first base from 1979-86, earning All-Star berths at each position, in addition to two Gold Gloves. But still, the Reds could not win a title in his first twelve years in Cincy.

His move to third base in May 1975 was a pivotal moment in the success of the franchise because it allowed future MVP George Foster to move into left field. The Reds were only 12-12 on the day Rose took over the hot corner but went 96-42 thereafter, capturing the division flag, league pennant and finally the World Championship in seven hard fought games. Rose hit .370 in the Fall Classic and was named the World Series MVP.

Charlie Hustle's game worn home white knit pants feature a three-button front with a red/white/red stretchy waistband. Inside reveals a "Rawlings 34" manufacturing/size tag, "Set 3, #8P, 1975" flap tag, and white swatch with "14 32/33 1/3 24 25" stitched in red. There is a NRMT blue sharpie autograph neatly affixed to the front of the garment. The fact that the pants are a third set and exhibit light wear may be an indication that they were worn in the post-season. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from SGC Authentic.
