Description

1975 Don Sutton Game Worn Los Angeles Dodgers Jersey. Don Sutton was a steady force who pitched 200 or more innings his first twenty-one Major League seasons. The 300-game winner enjoyed the majority of his success when he called Los Angeles home. The man who has baseball's best perm, Sutton wore the offered "Goodman & Sons size 42" jersey during the 1975 season in front of the home crowd. This beauty has "20" on front in bright red tackle twill while the team name is underscored above. "Sutton 20" takes residence on the back. Each of the identifiers shows consistent wear leading us to believe Sutton wore it for a good portion of the season. The tail features the all-important "Set B '75" label while the collar holds a Goodman & Sons size tag. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
