1970's Pittsburgh Pirates Uniforms Balance of Collection. Presented is all the rest of the Pirates uniform material that didn't quite have the legs to stand on its own. This will be a great lot for "style" collectors, and those wanting to create full uniforms for display to go along with their period Pirates jerseys, or to harvest material (numbers, letters) for restorations. Seven pairs of pants are here: three white, two yellow, two black. Three jerseys date to 1977, one to the World Championship 1979 season, though all have numbers not matching any rostered players. Finally, a selection of twenty-two nameplates stripped from jerseys, including names like Candelaria, Parker, Jackson and Easler. All pieces show wear. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
