1970's Ken Boyer Game Worn St. Louis Cardinals Old-Timers' Day Jersey. For his 11 years in St. Louis, Ken Boyer effectively manned the third base position for the Cardinals, winning a total of five Gold Gloves. The perennial All-Star unfortunately met with an untimely death after a battle with lung cancer in 1982. This "Rawlings size 44" jersey was worn when the St. Louis favorite participated in an Old-Timers' Day event with the Cards. The team's familiar chenille filled logo is featured on front but the reverse grabs our attention. "Ken Boyer" is created in two-color tackle on the back. A Rawlings size tag is concealed inside. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
