1968 Lew Krausse Game Worn Jersey. Following in the family tradition (Lew Krausse, Sr. played for Connie Mack's American League Championship 1931 Athletics), Lew Junior suited up in this beautiful yellow vest during the club's first season in Oakland. One hundred percent original beauty is a single-year style highly coveted by collectors, the only jersey until 1982 to announce "Oakland" across the chest. Krausse's number "20" is on verso. Proper "Tim McAuliffe Inc." label in tail is placed above "'68" year and "44" size designators. Wear is strong, but the vest still displays wonderfully despite a bit of toning at the lowermost button. Only a handful of this style exists in the hobby, and the wait for the next one will likely be long. LOA from Lou Lampson.
