Description

1967 Bobby Doerr Game Worn Boston Red Sox Coach's Jersey. The Boston Red Sox had no worries when Bobby Doerr manned second base during his Hall of Fame run in Beantown. When he stepped away from the game as a player, Doerr eventually became a first base coach under Dick Williams in 1967. This "Tim McAuliffe size 44" jersey was worn by Doerr when he coached for the Red Sox in '67. The flannel appears all-original and has its identifiers crafted in two-color felt. Three tags are featured in the tail: McAuliffe, "'67" and size. Good overall use is exhibited on the Red Sox garment. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
