1965 Leo Marentette Game Worn Detroit Tigers Jersey. A very rare style Detroit Tigers home white flannel jersey displays a fantastic midnight navy Gothic (or Old English) "D" over the left breast in canvas twill, midnight navy piping, and a seven-button front, all original and intact. The white has since aged to a crème tone which is customary. There is a large style Wilson label (size "44") in the left tail above "44-65-1" in black chain-link stitching on white felt (nice condition). The verso originally displayed Marentette's number "46", with the outline remnants clearly visible. A number "4" was later installed with a straight stitch and is still present. This is nice period flannel example for a very rare style, as Tigers' home flannels from 1960's are quite difficult to find. LOA from Heritage Auctions.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
