1963 Los Angeles Dodgers Number 39 Game Worn Jersey. Yeah, our hearts skipped a beat too when we saw this shirt for the first time, but no, sadly, it's not Campy's. The Dodgers did not retire Hall of Famer Roy Campanella's number "39" shirt until 1972, leaving this dead ringer for the superstar catcher's late career home flannel to be issued to a mere mortal. "Larkin" is the name embroidered in the felt swatch in the tail, but it appears this gentleman never made the active roster, with the jersey most likely issued instead to rookie pitcher Ken Rowe, who threw twenty-seven innings for the Dodgers that year. The white flannel gamer exhibits considerable wear, most likely due to secondary life in the minors, but the shirt is undamaged and presents very nicely. "Tim McAuliffe" label is found in tail above the "Larkin" swatch, with "'63" year and "46" size tags between. LOA from Lou Lampson.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
