    Description

1957 Joe Pignatano Game Worn Brooklyn Dodgers Jacket. An included letter from a member of the last Bums team to call Brooklyn home provides ironclad provenance for this gorgeous Ebbets Field relic. Pignatano came up as a rookie catcher in 1957, making eight appearances as a back-up for the great Roy Campanella in what would tragically prove to be the Hall of Famer's last season. A white tackle twill "Dodgers" is applied to the chest in the classic scripted font, and Pignatano's number "58," the highest number on the team roster, appears just above the left sleeve cuff. Jacket is fleece lined with a still-functional zipper front. Interior collar holds "Skinner [size] 44" labeling. Solid wear evident, but jacket remains in strong, wearable condition. Letter of provenance from Joe Pignatano. LOA from Heritage Auctions.

The way you grouped lots, photographed, and presented the material was too notch. I was impressed that you took the time to attribute coins to the Krause reference as their "plate coin" and that many of your descriptions included pertinent facts and infor
