Tom Seaver's no-hitter came on June 16, 1978, while pitching for the Cincinnati Reds against the St. Louis Cardinals, and it stands as the only no-hitter of his illustrious career. Known for years as one of baseball's premier pitchers, Seaver had taken no-hit bids deep into games multiple times with the Mets but always fallen just short. At Riverfront Stadium that night, he finally sealed the achievement, striking out three and walking three in a 4-0 Reds victory. The no-hitter added another milestone to Seaver's Hall of Fame résumé, further cementing his status as one of the greatest pitchers of all time.Offered is a ticket stub from that legendary game.
