    Description

1941 Lou Gehrig Memorial Game Ticket Stub. While July 4 does mark the day that we use to celebrate this nation's day of independence, the Yankees used the occasion in 1941 to honor their most-beloved son -- Lou Gehrig. The Hall of Famer has passed away a month earlier from the rare condition that is now named after him. Here we present a ticket stub from that event. PSA has graded the ducat PR 1. Water staining is the main culprit here as the red print has diminished somewhat. The corners are rounded but Gehrig's image is strong. Encapsulated by PSA, PR 1.
